Build a useful publishing rhythm around real expertise, approved creative, and the questions your customers ask.

Choose the job
Choose a primary purpose for each piece: understand a service, prepare for a visit, compare an option, recognize the team, or take a suitable next step. A post can be attractive without making its purpose clear.
Start with the channels your team can support and the audience you want to serve. Do not add platforms only to make the activity report look larger.
Content framework
| Content type | Material to collect | Possible next step |
|---|---|---|
| Answer a question | A recurring question and a reviewed explanation | Read the relevant service page |
| Show the work | Approved project images and the actual scope | Explore a project or request a consultation |
| Make a visit easier | Current hours, access details, and preparation instructions | Choose a location or book |
| Introduce expertise | A team member’s role and useful knowledge | Learn how the service works |
Build a workable calendar
For every planned item, record the audience, subject, source material, format, owner, reviewer, publication date, destination URL, and response owner. Mark whether it is organic content or paid promotion.
A simple first cycle might include one customer question, one approved project explanation, one service walkthrough, and one timely business update. This is a planning example, not a required posting frequency. Adjust the cadence to the quality of available material and the speed of review.
Protect accuracy
Learn from the response
Match the review to the purpose of the post. Useful questions, saves, appropriate website visits, and qualified inquiries can inform the next cycle. Record what the measurement actually captures; a click does not prove a sale.
Separate paid reach from organic distribution. If a post is promoted, connect the spending and inquiry review to the paid advertising measurement guide. Avoid comparing two periods without noting campaign spend, content volume, and changes in the offer.
Keep it practical
Bring your priority services, common customer questions, available photography, approved brand assets, current profile access, and examples of suitable inquiries. Identify the person who can approve factual claims and the team member who can answer responses.
The resulting plan should state who creates material, who approves it, which channels are included, and which tasks require a separate scope. Photography, video production, community replies, and advertising are not automatically the same service.
